A private AI agent for small business owners

Short answer: How a small business owner can use a private AI agent for email, quotes, customer replies and bookkeeping notes without putting customer data on a shared chatbot.

What it can take off your plate

Triage the inbox, draft customer replies in your tone, turn call notes into quotes, summarize contracts and supplier terms, keep a follow-up list, and prepare bookkeeping notes for your accountant. These are the small jobs that eat evenings and weekends in a business with no staff to hand them to.

Why privacy matters for a small firm

Customer lists, pricing, supplier terms and bank details are the business. A shared chatbot sees whatever you paste in. An agent in your own account keeps those details under your control and gives you a clear answer if a client asks where their information goes.

Be realistic about value

At $10,000 setup and $4,800 a month the price fits an owner whose time is valuable and who handles sensitive information, not a one-person side business. If you are earlier than that, a business plan from a mainstream assistant or a self-built model may be enough, and we will tell you so.

How it starts

Apply on the site; there is no payment on the form. We discuss what you want it to do, connect only the accounts you choose, test it with you and hand over a login.

What to do first

Pick one painful recurring job, such as quoting or inbox triage, and measure how many hours it takes today. Have the agent take it on for a month, with your approval on anything that leaves the building. If the hours saved are worth more than the fee, add a second job. If not, stop; a good provider will say so rather than keep billing you.
