Private AI agent for restaurant and hospitality group owners: your own, uncensored, in your account
Short answer: A private AI agent for restaurant and hospitality group owners that handles sensitive files and speaks plainly without sending them through a shared AI service. Freeborn Labs builds one in your own cloud account for $10,000 plus $48,000 a year.
What restaurant and hospitality group owners handle that does not belong on a shared AI service
A group owner sees location-level sales, labor costs, vendor pricing, lease terms and the quiet problems with a manager or a partner. Those details are sensitive, and a public chatbot is a poor place for them. Shared tools also hedge when you ask for a blunt read on a failing unit.
What your own agent does for you
It reads weekly sales and labor reports and explains which locations drifted, drafts vendor renegotiation emails, compares lease options, summarizes reviews into fixes, writes job posts and staff notices, prepares talking points for a partner conversation and keeps a log of each location's issues and follow-up.
Why done-for-you beats a shared app or building it yourself
Operators are busy and have no engineers. We build the system in an account that you own, connect your reports and inbox narrowly, and give you a login. Employment, health and licensing rules remain your responsibility.
What it costs and what to expect
Freeborn Labs charges a one-time $10,000 setup plus $48,000 a year, or $4,800 a month. Compute is billed to you at cost. It runs open models, which are strong at drafting, summarizing and answering directly, but a top closed model from a big lab is still stronger on the hardest reasoning. Adults only (18+); anything involving minors is blocked, and it will not help break the law. You also get a short list of what it is connected to, so you always know which reports and folders it can read.
Questions
Does it hire or fire?

Can it work from my POS exports?
