What it should deliver
A written definition of done: a working login, chat that answers properly, the connected accounts you chose (email, calendar, contacts), image and video if you want them, documentation, and a handover where you confirm each item works. Anything less is a pile of installed software.
Questions to ask any provider
Whose account does it run in? Who holds the keys and how are they stored? What can you see of my data? What happens if the host bans or withdraws the machine? Who answers when it breaks and how fast? What is excluded from the price? A provider who cannot answer clearly has not thought about it.

$10,000 setup plus $48,000 a year in dues paid up front, or $4,800 a month, with compute at cost. Paid by wire or ACH before work starts. Dues are monthly in advance, cancel effective next month. Refund only for non-delivery. Terms are signed before payment.
